Ania will absolutely be my realtor again!

Relocating is stressful. We were overwhelmed with selling our beautiful Atlanta home while trying to wrap up the school year with 3 kids, start a new job in Connecticut and find a new home in CT. Ania stepped in an eased so much of that stress.
She was thoughtful but realistic in what needed to be done. She reminded us of the “end game” – sell our house for the best price and fast. We followed her advice- set a realistic but very fair price, cleaned out, organized, took d own personal items and made our home available whenever a showing came up. We sold fast and actually got asking price after multiple offers – which we never imagined would happen.
Ania also interviewed relators for us in Connecticut (a huge stress reliever) and gave us her top 3 picks. She even helped watch our little dog when we had showings – way above and beyond (I think she fed him treats because he really misses her!). She took great care of our family – she shared extra hugs when emotions ran high. We are very grateful for her kindness and expertise.
I hope to be back in Atlanta in 5 years. Ania will absolutely be my realtor again!
